KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team lost to Trine in four sets on Saturday, 19-25, 25-14, 25-16, 25-21.

Kalamazoo hit .351 in the first set but saw its numbers decline as the match went on, finishing at .129 overall compared to .203 for the Thunder.

Paige Johnson led the Hornets with eight kills, eight digs and 24 assists.

Shelby Suseland, Kaela Van Til and Noa Yaakoby each had six kills while Olivia Cares finished with five.

Camille Giacobone added 12 assists and seven digs while Dana DeVito had a team-high 21 digs.

Kalamazoo returns to action at Adrian College on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
