The Kalamazoo College volleyball team split a pair of matches at the DePauw Invitational on Saturday.

Kalamazoo lost the opener 3-0 to host DePauw (25-14, 25-20, 25-16).

Nya Greenstone led the Hornets with eight kills and eight digs. Kelsey Hill had five kills.

Alex Gothard had 19 assists and 10 digs. Allison Liddane also had 10 digs.

Kalamazoo won its second match of the day 3-1 over Millikin (25-22, 19-25, 25-22, 26-24).

Greenstone led Kalamazoo again with 13 kills and 12 digs. Johanna Kupe had 10 kills.

Gothard had 28 assists with five digs.

Liddane had a team-high 17 digs while Camryn Romph recorded 13 digs.

Alex Gothard was selected to the All-Tournament Team at the conclusion of the tournament.

Kalamazoo returns to conference play with a match at Saint Mary's College on Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 7 p.m.
