Box Score The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team lost its final game of the season, 68-49, at Saint Mary's on Saturday, Feb. 18. The score was tied 17-17 with 8:03 left in the first half, but Saint Mary's used a 15-2 run to take a double-digit lead and entered halftime up 38-26. Kalamazoo made it a seven point game (40-33) early in the second half, but the Belles regained the double-digit lead (48-37) with 14:54 left and maintained it the rest of the way.
Kalamazoo shot 38 percent overall while Saint Mary's was held to just 30.6 percent, but the Belles sank 21-of-21 free throws and scored 33 points off 26 Hornet turnovers. Kalamazoo was 5-of-11 at the line and scored just five points off 10 Saint Mary's turnovers.
Emily Lindsay led Kalamazoo with 16 points and five rebounds. Querubin Dubois scored eight points with six rebounds. Carly Zeitlin finished with eight points and five rebounds. Nicole Antoine added five points and nine rebounds.
