Kalamazoo College

Jimmy Beckwith joined the Kalamazoo College men's tennis coaching staff as an assistant coach in January 2025.

Beckwith came to Kalamazoo College after serving as the interim head women’s tennis coach at Western Michigan University in 2023-24. He had previously been an assistant coach for the Broncos for four seasons.

Beckwith played on the WMU men’s tennis team for four years, compiling an overall record of 125-98, finishing 82-51 in doubles and 43-47 in singles. He earned Academic All-MAC honors twice and was voted the team’s Most Improved Player following his sophomore season.

A native of Battle Creek, Mich., Beckwith graduated from Western Michigan University in 2016 with a degree in finance.
