Graison Ringlever

Graison Ringlever was introduced as Kalamazoo College's head women's lacrosse coach on August 23, 2024.

Ringlever played locally at Mattawan High School before playing collegiately at Northern Michigan University, an NCAA Division II school in Marquette. She earned All-GLIAC (Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) honorable mention honors in 2018 and 2019 while playing for three years under former Kalamazoo College coach Emilia Ward. Ringlever's 2020 season was cut short due to an injury.

Ringlever was among the NMU team leaders in most statistical categories from 2017-19, including leading the team in draw controls each season. As a senior, Ringlever led the Wildcats in goals (42), assists (7), points (49) and draw controls (75). She also ranks among the career and single-season leaders in nearly every offensive category and was the first player in program history to score 100 goals, record 100 points, and reach 100 draw controls. Ringlever led the GLIAC in free position goals in 2019, and she was ranked nationally in free position goals per game and free position percentage in 2019, as well as draw controls per game in 2018. She was named NMU Newcomer of the Year in 2017.

Ringlever has been very involved in the Kalamazoo lacrosse community as a coach and an official. She coached club lacrosse for Portage Women's Lacrosse and True Lacrosse and recently was the junior varsity coach at Mattawan High School. Ringlever has also been a private lesson coach and is a registered Michigan High School Athletic Association official.

"I am excited to have this opportunity to work and coach at Kalamazoo College," Ringlever said at the time of her hire. "The players are bright, ambitious, and are ready to take the game to the next level. It is a privilege to work with such intelligent, hard-working student-athletes while being surrounded by such a supportive community. I look forward to building the team's competitiveness and strong connection on the field."

"I am very excited to welcome Graison to our Hornet family," said Director of Athletics Jamie Zorbo. "Her lacrosse background, passion for the holistic development of her players, and vision make her well-suited to continue the elevation of our program."

Ringlever earned bachelor's degrees in psychology and sociology from Northern Michigan University in 2020 while minoring in biology.
