Volleyball Beaten by No. 20 Hope

HOLLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team dropped its match at Hope College on Tuesday evening in three sets. 

The Dutch won the first set 25-15 and followed that with wins of 25-19 and 25-16 to defeat the Hornets. 

Madi Goodman and Ashley Rill led the team with five kills each in the match. Lindsey Nedd added three kills. 

Hannah Kerns tallied 13 assists as the junior had just seven prior to the contest. 

Maria Katrantzi collected six digs to lead the Hornets and Taylor Ferguson was close behind with five. 

The Hornets are back in action on Saturday, Oct. 12 as they head to Grace Christian for a pair of non-conference matches.
