Volleyball takes down Albion

KALAMAZOO, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College volleyball team earned an exciting four-set win over Albion on Tuesday, 25-23, 17-25, 25-22, 25-20.

After winning two of the first three sets, Kalamazoo jumped out to a 17-9 lead in the fourth before closing out the match with the 25-20 win.

Madi Goodman led the Hornets with 17 kills, four blocks and two assists.

Rachel Girard added 16 kills with 12 digs. Shelby Suseland finished with 10 kills. Maria Katrantzi had eight kills with 16 digs.

Zoey Ammon recorded 44 assists with 14 digs. Taylor Ferguson led the team with 24 digs. Kaiya Herman-Hilker had 15 digs.

Kalamazoo returns to action at Trine on Friday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m.
