KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Libby Munoz of the Kalamazoo College women's soccer team has been selected by the United Soccer Coaches as a member of the All-Central Region Third Team.

Munoz, a senior from Leland, Mich. (Leland), led the Hornets in goals scored (10) and points (21) this season. Both totals were good for top-five in the MIAA at season's end.

She was named to the All-MIAA First Team for the third consecutive year and also named the MIAA Women's Soccer Senior Sportswoman of the Year.

Munoz finished her career with 46 goals in 57 games started. Of those goals, 12 were of the game-winning variety. She also eclipsed the 100-point mark as she finished with 103 points throughout her four-year career.

Manoz and the Hornets finished the MIAA season with a 5-2-1 record. They defeated Calvin and Hope in the MIAA Tournament before falling to Adrian in the finals.

"Libby has been a major offensive contributor to the program each of the past four seasons," said Coach Bryan Goyings. "To be recognized as one of the top attackers in the central region for her efforts this past season is a phenomenal honor. It is one that has been earned through unwavering determination and drive to be the best."
