Kalamazoo College women's lacrosse player Leah Tardiff was selected to participate in the 2020 NCAA Career in Sports Forum.

Juniors and seniors nominated by their school or conference are eligible to be selected.

This year's forum was scheduled to be held in Chicago; however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's forum will take place virtually May 27-29.

According to the NCAA's Career in Sports Forum web page, the forum covers topics such as self-awareness and its role in professional development, practical approaches to the sports job search, personal branding, developing a career plan, and managing yourself as a professional in the sports industry.

"I'm really excited because of the networking opportunities and how personalized the forum is to working in sports," Tardiff said.

Leah is an economics major from Plymouth, Mich. and a graduate of Salem High School.
