The Kalamazoo College women's basketball team fell to Alma 76-47 on Saturday evening.
The Hornets fell behind 44-21 at halftime and were unable to come back from the deficit despite holding the Scots to just 32 second half points.
Kalamazoo finished the game shooting 19.7 percent (13 for 66) from the field and 29.6 percent (8 for 27) from beyond the three-point line.
Kaytlyn Tidey led the way on the offensive end with 22 points.
Darby Scott added 14 points and connected on four of her five three-point attempts.
Kalamazoo returns to action on Wednesday, Jan. 30 when it travels to Hope College for a 7:30 tip-off.
