ALBION, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's basketball team lost 88-61 to Albion College on Saturday afternoon.
The Hornets and Britons played a tight first half that featured a 39-38 Albion lead at the break.
The Britons took control in the second half by outscoring Kalamazoo 49-23.
Kalamazoo's 28.6 percent field goal percentage in the second half allowed Albion to extend its lead and win the game.
Jeremiah Vincent led Kalamazoo with 18 points; 16 of which came in the first half.
Bass Ollie added 13 points for the Hornets.
Kalamazoo will continue MIAA play on Wednesday, Jan. 16 at Calvin. The game is scheduled for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff.
