ALBION, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College baseball team lost 11-0 and 9-2 at Albion College on Monday.
The host Britons took advantage of two big innings to defeat Kalamazoo 11-0 in Monday's opener. Albion scored five in the third and six in the sixth while keeping the Hornets off the board.
Jordan Wiley was hit-by-pitch three times.
Albion scored three runs in the second inning and led 4-1 after three. Albion increased its lead to 6-1 after seven before the Hornets scored a run again in the top of the eighth. Albion responded with three more in the bottom half and closed out the ninth for the win.
Kalamazoo is scheduled to be back home on Tuesday, April 16 for a doubleheader with Adrian beginning at 2 p.m.
