HOLLAND, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College baseball team lost both games of a doubleheader at Hope on Friday, 8-0 and 15-5.

Game One

Hope scored multiple runs in the third, fourth, and sixth innings while limiting Kalamazoo to four hits and no runs.

Stefan Leclerc had a double to lead the Hornets offensively.

Game Two

Hope led 6-0 after three innings, but a four-run fourth for Kalamazoo made it a 6-4 game.

The Flying Dutchmen followed up with four in the bottom of the fourth, however, and added four more in the sixth and one in the seventh. Kalamazoo scored a run in the top of the eighth to make it 15-5.

Kalamazoo had seven hits in the game led by George Cutler's 2-run double and an RBI double by Spencer Baldwin.

The two teams are back in action Saturday with a doubleheader in Kalamazoo beginning at 1 p.m.
