The Kalamazoo College men's and women's swimming and diving teams were honored as Scholar All-America teams by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America at the end of the spring quarter, as announced on July 1, 2026.
The Hornet teams were two of 714 teams from 418 schools to receive the award for the Spring semester. The women's team had a GPA of 3.52, and the men came in with a 3.22. Both teams were also recognized in January for their team GPAs during the fall.
The Kalamazoo College men's and women's swimming and diving teams both finished third at the MIAA Championships earlier this year.
The CSCAA Scholar All-America Team program presented by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps recognizes collegiate swimming and diving teams that have demonstrated excellence in the classroom by achieving a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or higher during the semester. Since its inception, the program has celebrated thousands of teams and student-athletes who exemplify the balance of academic and athletic success.
