LIMA, Ohio – The Kalamazoo College women's tennis team was defeated 6-1 at Ohio Northern University on Saturday.

The host Polar Bears won two of the three doubles matches to earn the doubles point before winning five of the six singles matches.

Juliana Pullen/Addison Lyons won 6-4 at one doubles.

Pullen won 7-5, 2-3, retired  at one singles.

Lyons was narrowly defeated at two singles 6-7, 6-2, 10-8. Molly Stevison was narrowly defeated at four singles 6-2, 4-6, 10-1.

Kalamazoo is back in action Sunday with a 12 p.m. match at Oberlin.
