JACKSON, Mich. - The Kalamazoo College men's golf team tied for sixth place at the first MIAA Jamboree of the season Wednesday. The event was hosted by Albion at Cascades Golf Course.

Kalamazoo tied Alma for sixth overall with a team score of 322.

Emiliano Alvarado Rescala tied for sixth overall with a 74. Tyler Omness tied for 15th with a 76.

Nick Coseo shot 85, followed by Luke Rop (87) and Breven Brill (89).

Kalamazoo is scheduled to compete in the next MIAA Jamboree hosted by Calvin on Sept. 25 at Muskegon Country Club.
